About CrowView, the screen only displays for a few seconds before losing the signal

Question:
About CrowView, I am experiencing an issue when connecting the product to the screen via USB cable. Specifically, the screen only displays for a few seconds before losing the signal, and the connection remains unstable despite trying multiple USB cables. They also face an issue where changing the orientation of the cable sometimes causes the signal to appear or disappear.

Answer:
The problem persists even after trying several cables. It's highly likely that the device isn't being provided sufficient power. Please try connecting two USB cables to the Crowview device—one for power and one for video signal transmission.
Also, connecting both Type-C ports to the same laptop simultaneously might not produce noticeable results. We recommend using a 5V/2A power adapter for one typeC port of the Crowview device (a power adapter is included in our product packaging).

Furthermore, is the data cable you're using (the one for video signal transmission) USB4, Thunderbolt 4, or Thunderbolt 5? Does this cable support full video functionality? Alternatively, please use the USB cable included in our product packaging.
