Dear penatar,
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the late reply
1 I would like to confirm whether you are using the product from this link (https://www.elecrow.com/esp32-display-5-inch-hmi-display-rgb-tft-lcd-touch-screen-support-lvgl.html)?
2 And what is the hardware version of the device? Please take a photo of the back of the product for us to see.
We will then test using the same product and version with yours .
Thanks! Have a good day!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Have a nice day!
Today we tested and indeed there is no data on pin 38, but pin 20 is normal. Even with a pull-up resistor on pin 38, it still doesn't work. But we checked and the hardware is normal. We plan to get a separate development board next week and try this pin again. It may be caused by chip-related problems.
Your problem is a relatively unconventional application method. We have never done it before, so the processing is slow and not easy to solve. I hope you can understand and wait patiently.
Dear penatar,
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We tested it and it is true that pin 38 is not working. Even with a pull-up resistor, it still does not work. We also tested the pins of other S3 mainboards and some of them are working and some are not. We did not use this pin for other purposes and it is directly connected to the main controller. This means that this is a issue with the main controller chip and we currently have no solution.
We are very sorry about this.
Thank you agian for your understanding and patience.

This my CrowPanel 5 inch.
When I test OneWire using pin38 the connector I am using is GPIO_D, of course.
