    Dear,
    This touch is not connected to a Windows computer,this port should be connected to a USB port on a Windows computer.

    To help diagnosis the touch interface problem, please following the steps below,

    1. With the USB-A to Micro-B cable connected between a USB-A port on your RPi-3 to the Micro-B port (for touch interface) on the CrowView driver board.
    2. Open a new terminal.
    3. Execute the command,
      uname -a && lsb_release -a
    4. Execute the command,
      lsusb -t
    5. Now, disconnect the USB-A to Micro-B cable and execute the same command again,
      lsusb -t
    6. Post all the results displayed from step 3 to 5.

    The results will indicate whether or not the OS has detected the touch interface.
