Upload fails with Error code 2 on Hello World

  It appears that there should be no issues with the program or software. Please press BOOT + RESET (as detailed below) and then try uploading the program to the device again. Pls also try using a different data cable to test.

  Please press the buttons before downloading the firmware. The specific steps/method are as follows:

   Step 1: Press and hold the BOOT button, 
  
   Step 2: then short press the RESET button, then Release RESET button
  
   Step 3:  release BOOT button.

  I followed the instructions (as you described) before submitting the question. Also tried a different cable, but as I stated, the upload worked fine on a different ESP32-S3 dev board.
