Beginner HMI info

Greetings

I am a new user of Elecrow HMI, I would like to know where to find information on how to use the I/O and I2C devices. I would like to make an application that reads ADCs by I2C and activates outputs.

I would also like to know if there is a tutorial for connecting the display to other controllers such as Nano, ESP etc and using HMI as a serial terminal.
