Hello @ramazanali ,
Please try to add letters to the password and see if that solves the problem
Thank you, it solves the issue.
I have same issue. What letters did you add? I used 12345678 as advised on the screen
There is no LED light flickering on lan cable socket when I plug it into router either.
I see the gateway on WIFI but password 12345678 is rejected
Hello @davet999 ,
Passwords with only numbers do not work. You can add any letters to your password
I too have this same problem that the password "12345678" does not work. I have tried from my iphone and my laptop, I have also tried adding letters to it and "a12345678", "a12345678a", "12345678a", and "a1a2a3a4a5a6a7a8a" all do not work. I even tried "12345678ELECROW" and it did not work. Please provide an example of a working password. I have also successfully connected my laptop to a local 2.4 Ghz wifi network just to be sure my devices do support the 2.4Ghz band. Thank you
Hello @farnsaw
Have you uploaded the code to the Gateway module according to this wiki https://www.elecrow.com/wiki/lora-basic-gateway-module.html?
Please note that after uploading the code, please press the BOOT button for 3 second.
I'm experiencing the same issue with the password "12345678" not working. I attempted to compile the project following the instructions in the provided link above, but encountered numerous errors using both Arduino IDE and PlatformIO. Given that the libraries and code in the link were supposedly compiled with one of these tools, I'm puzzled as to why I'm facing compilation errors. I've seen other comments mentioning successful compilation and download, but they lack details about whether they encountered any issues. Can anyone provide insight into why I'm experiencing these compilation errors, or share their successful compilation process? Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
