Thinknode M5 Flash Failure
I recently purchased a pair of Thinknode M5s and tried flashing by Bluetooth from the Meshtastic app. The app disconnected from the M5s in the middle of updating, and my screen is now perpetually stuck in "Updating". I have tried pressing the reset button, but that doesn't seem to do anything. What should I be doing?

To further troubleshoot the issue, could you please follow these steps:
Power off the device (allow the battery to fully drain), then power it back on.
Connect the device to your computer via a USB cable.
Double-click the reset button located on the underside of the device (this button is recessed/hidden).
Check your computer's Device Manager to see if the corresponding serial port appears. If it does, please visit https://flasher.meshtastic.org/ to attempt a firmware flash; ensure you select the "Erase device" or "Full erase" option during the process.
Please record a video showing the entire process as above and the result, then send it to us for further analysis.
