how do I update the firmware on the ESP32C6 co-processor

Question:
I have a CrowPanel Advanced 10.1inch ESP32-P4 HMI AI Display, and I've flashed ESP Hosted firmware version 2.11.7 onto the ESP32C6 co-processor.

how do I update the firmware on the ESP32C6 co-processor without partially dismantling my device?
