Question: ThinkNode M3. The LED will not illuminate when attempting to pair the device. The customer cannot find the device on their computer (the device does not appear as a ISB connecting on their MAC)
Answer:

Is the Mac driver not installed? Please install the following driver and check again.

Also, please connect the device to the computer via USB cable and see if the indicator light is on. If it still doesn't work, please press and hold the button on the device for 20 seconds and try again.
