We suggest you try connecting this monitor to a host computer running Windows 7 or later, and only connect this one monitor initially. This will rule out hardware issues. (Connecting multiple monitors may affect the touch function, so we recommend connecting only one monitor at a time.)
Please use a USB data cable to connect the screen to the USB port of the main control device. Or try using another data cable.
The touch function will only work normally if the screen is powered directly through the host device's USB port. If the monitor is connected to an external power supply, the touch function will not be available.
