I cannot update the Thinknode M5 firmware on my MAC computer

Questions:
1. USB connection only works for charging. I have tried several different USB cords and computers
2. The Function bottom does not activate other software features.
3. I cannot update the firmware because I cannot get a USB connection to work.

May I ask whether you are using a Mac computer?
If so, please try installing the following driver.

https://www.wch.cn/downloads/CH34XSER_MAC_ZIP.html

Or pls try it on a Windows computer.
