Pitcher Case M.2 NVMe SSD Not Recognized

Question:
I recently purchased your Pitower Gen 1 Mini PC Case for a Raspberry Pi 5 on Amazon. Everything went awesome, building it was a blast! I am currently operating it with a micro SD card running the x64 pie OS. I have SSH to my big pc for executing commands, and have a touchscreen connected to the pi as well.

Everything works wonderfully, except the M.2 drive I purchased. I have installed your firmware, changed the boot order, updated eeprom, modified the config for PCIe, double checked the ribbon cables, and created a partition on the M.2. Basically everything the internet told me to do.

The status light on the M.2 won't light up when installed in the Pitower case. It lit up while it was in my big pc while I was creating the partition, but not at all while in the Pitower case. I had to create the partition in my big pc because I couldn't do it in the pi, because it wouldn't show up. Despite my best efforts.

The HAT itself seems to be working fine, the HDMI and power are working fine. Command lsblk shows no M.2, and the Raspberry Pi Imager doesn't show the M.2 as an option either.

Answer:
The cause may be that you had the ribbon cable for the M.2 installed backwards. pls inatall it properly.

You can refer to the latest online paper instructions, or you can watch the video you included online( it shows the cable installation correctly)
