Subject: Cease Unlawful Deletion of Customer Discussions – Formal Notice
Elecrow Team,
I am writing to formally demand that you stop deleting my discussions and posts from my Elecrow profile. These are legitimate communications regarding your products, warranties, and fulfillment practices, and your actions constitute unlawful suppression of consumer complaints.
Let me be clear: removing customer communications after a dispute has been raised is not moderation. It is an attempt to conceal your company’s failures, mismanagement, and potential fraudulent activity with your shipping partner, GoFu. This is a violation of consumer protection laws, including but not limited to regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and other international agencies.
I have documented every instance of deletion, including:
• Screenshots of my posts before deletion
• Timestamps of removal
• Copies of all communications with your support team
These deletions are part of a pattern of obstructing transparency, misleading consumers, and potentially committing fraud through your shipping and fulfillment operations.
I have already filed formal complaints with:
• The FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
• The Better Business Bureau (BBB)
• Relevant international consumer protection authorities
• Other oversight agencies concerning deceptive business practices
Any further deletion of my posts will be treated as intentional retaliation against a consumer exercising legal rights, and will be included in ongoing and future reports. Your continued suppression of evidence can be construed as obstruction and bad-faith business conduct, increasing your legal exposure.
You now have one final opportunity to act responsibly:
1. Cease deleting my discussions immediately.
2. Address the underlying issues transparently and provide proper resolution for the complaints raised.
Failure to comply will result in escalation of this matter, including additional formal complaints and potential civil action for suppression of consumer rights and fraudulent business conduct.
This notice is being sent to ensure there is no ambiguity about your obligations under law and the severity of your actions.
