You are repeatedly deleting legitimate customer discussions that I have posted on my own profile. Let me be absolutely clear: removing factual, non-abusive consumer complaints and documentation is not “moderation” — it is suppression of customer feedback and evidence.
This behavior is improper and exposes Elecrow to serious liability. Deleting discussions after a dispute has been raised may constitute unfair and deceptive business practices, especially when done to conceal unresolved issues involving defective products, warranty refusal, or fraudulent fulfillment through your carrier, GoFu.
You do not have the right to selectively erase customer communications to avoid accountability. Your actions have already been documented with screenshots, timestamps, and archived copies. I have formally reported Elecrow and your fulfillment carrier to the appropriate consumer protection agencies, and those reports include evidence of discussion removal and pattern behavior.
Any further deletion of my posts will be treated as intentional obstruction and retaliation against a consumer exercising their legal rights. This will be added to my existing reports and used as supporting evidence.
At this point, Elecrow has two options:
1. Immediately cease deleting my discussions and address the underlying issues transparently, or
2. Continue this conduct and allow regulators and third parties to determine whether your practices violate consumer protection and commerce laws.
This is your notice. I strongly suggest you choose compliance over concealment.
