First, confirm that the hardware version is 1.0. If so, check if you're connecting the Mac computer directly with a C-to-C cable. This connection requires the device to support PD (Power Delivery) functionality. Otherwise, it will cause insufficient power supply, resulting in the power light flashing. Our product has been upgraded in later hardware versions to include PD functionality. [Photo]
