refund or i’m filing a complaint with the FTC
I am demanding an immediate full refund for Order #280487.
The merchandise was not delivered into my possession. Leaving a package unattended without signature, confirmation, or secure handoff does not constitute completed delivery. A photograph alone does not prove receipt and does not relieve the seller of responsibility.
You may not refuse further communication to avoid resolving a non-delivery. Failure to provide the product or a refund constitutes a failure to deliver paid goods, regardless of shipping method selected.
I am not requesting reshipment, investigation, or further delay. I am demanding a refund only.
If this refund is not issued promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for failure to deliver goods and refusal to remedy non-receipt, in addition to pursuing payment dispute remedies. All correspondence will be retained as evidence.
