Connection error
I have got a 2.4 inch HMI display to experiment with- planning to use with home assistant. After various attempts I am now consistently getting connection errors wen using either IDE or ESPhome.
ESP home gives the error
Failed to communicate with the flash chip, read/write operations will fail. Try checking the chip connections or removing any other hardware connected to IOs.
IDE gives Exit Status 2 - indicating a communication error.
I have tried multiple USB ports and cables in case this is the issue to no avail.
Any ideas, or do I have a faulty board?
