I can't get the keyboard and mouse to connect to Crowpi 3
Please check the following:
Have you removed the wireless receiver and plugged it into the USB port? (The receiver is usually inside the mouse.) Please refer to the diagram below for mouse and keyboard usage instructions.
Are the button of the keyboard and mouse switched to "on" side ?
Check if the keyboard has power. If it's out of power, you can charge it.
The mouse requires batteries to work.
If the problem persists, please shoot a video and send it to us so that we can further analyze the issue. The video should include the complete operation/test process as well as the problem/fault phenomenon.
