Flashing LED Tutorial

I'm following lesson 12 'Flashing LED' tutorial of Scratch for CrowPi2

The GPIO indicate LEDs are flashing correctly but the LEDs on the breadboard are not lighting up. It's difficult for me to see on the diagrams where exactly I should put the LEDs and resistors. Could someone clarify? Thanks
