I found it. The Crowview note pi is the problem. Devs?
Hi bairloch.
If you want to make sure that the touchpad is in an available state. You can change the touchpad status by F2 or Fn+F2. when tapping F2 doesnot work, you can try to tap Fn+F2.
To rule out keyboard and touchpad issues, remove Bridge Board B and use a USB cable (USB-A to USB-A cable, which is included in the CrowView Note package) to connect the same USB port on the Raspberry Pi to the top USB port on the Bridge Board A. If there are also issues with the keyboard and touchpad, it is possible that the USB port on the Raspberry Pi is damaged. Please try to change other USB ports on the Raspberry Pi.
You can also try to remove Bridge Board A and Bridge Board B, and just use ordinary USB and HDMI cables to connect the CrowView Note and the Respberry Pi to rule out Bridge Kit/Boards issues.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to consult us.
Try that (Step 1, step 2, etc.) Bridge Board A bad. I'm Kickstarter backer, now what?
