LR1262 not seeing JoinAccept from Chirpstack

Chirpstack is now accepting the join request. Here are the AT commands:
◦ AT+ChannelMode=1
◦ AT+BAND=8
◦ AT+JOIN=1,8
However, the LR1262 is not acknowledging the accept. Any ideas? I have other devices (not Elecrow) in the network that are working properly.

    Now, sending the same commands I sent which ChirpStack saw and acknowledged, I get:
    ready to join in
    LmHandlerJoin type :ACTIVATION_TYPE_OTAA
    OK

    As far as I can tell, the LR1262 does not send a message and I have no idea what "LmHandlerJoin type :ACTIVATION_TYPE_OTAA" means!!
