CrowView Note - Battery won't charge/won't turn on

I've been charging my CrowView Note for over 24 hours and it hasn't been able to turn on. I'm using the provided DC 12V power supply. Has anyone else had this issue?

    With the DC 12V power supply connected, please check the following indicators

    1. Power Input LED (Red) - Located on the right side next to the DC-In Jack, and lights when DC 12V input power is present. If the LED is not lit, the DC 12V power supply may be defective.

    2. Battery Charging LED (White) - Located above the Insert key, and lights when the internal battery is being charged. If the LED is not lit, the battery or the unit may be defective.
