Orders Problem
Q1: Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
A1: Because there are lots of orders, the order of the shipment is based on the time of filling in the address, the country of the destination, and the number of accessories in the order. Orders with more accessories require longer preparation time and may be shipped later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Q2: Why didn't I receive the survey link for collecting addresses?
A2: We have sent out EDMs to collect addresses 4 times. It is possible that your email system has put the email into the spam or automatically deleted it. We will send it again through Kickstarter Update on 11.7 or 11.8. Please check your email and fill it out in time.
Q3: Why did I receive the accessories but not the CrowView Note?
A3: Because the box we prepared before was too small, we re-ordered a large box, but we were in a hurry to ship, so some backers' orders were sent in multiple packages. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Q4: How do I check my tracking number?
A4: If you have already filled in the address and placed an order on Elecrow, you will receive an email with the tracking number after the order is sent. You can also log in to your Elecrow account, check the tracking number on the order details page, and click to enter the query website to check the logistics information.
