How to flash the image to the SD card?

Step1: Insert the SD card into your computer. Use sd formatter to format your SD card.

Step2: Use the image burning tool to burn the image file to your SD card.

For the image burning tool, you can choose balenaEtcher, Win32DiskImager or Raspberry Pi Imager.
Take Raspberry Pi Imager as an example, select use custom in os, select the image file you just downloaded, and then select your SD card. Click next and confirm.

Step3: After the image is burned to the SD card, insert the SD card to Raspberry Pi5 and turn on CrowPi. You will see there's a folder name "CrowPi" on the Desktop.

Step4: Run cd Desktop/CrowPi/Examples to enter the course folder , and then run sudo python buzzer.py (or other programs) to run the course code.

These are the settings from the manual :

hdmi_force_hotplug=1

hdmi_group=2

hdmi_mode=1

hdmi_mode=87

hdmi_cvt 800 480 60 6 0 0 0

hdmi_drive=1

...also

dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d

even if I try

dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d doesn't work.

CrowPi-L Prompt

From a terminal, install python3-pyqt5

sudo apt install python3-pyqt5

 Clone this projet (the first time only), go to its directory, make it executable (the first time only), run it and enjoy!

There're several problems you need to notice when install this APP.

1.'git clone git@github.com:ppyne/crowPi-L_BatteryStatus.git' returns fatal error:

Please change 'git clone git@github.com:ppyne/crowPi-L_BatteryStatus.git' to

git clone https://github.com/ppyne/crowPi-L_BatteryStatus.git

Then the APP will be installed successfully.

2.'./batteryStatus.py' returns

Please enable I2C interface.

Then the APP will work properly.

Warning: to quit the app properly, you must right click on its icon in the system tray and click the menu "Quit".

What can i do to resolve this issue?

I've purchased two RC050S displays recently for use with a Raspberry Pi 3 and the Pi 4 B +. Both are running as a Video Looper and I could not be more pleased with the ease of set up and performance. I was curious if anyone has tried using this display with the AML-S905X-CC (Le Potato). The Raspbian OS can be installed on this device along with Ubuntu and Debian.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.

1.Remove the screws on the base board and pry the board forcefully. Click here to watch the video.

2.Remove the screws that hold the flat cable

3.Use the torx screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the acrylic plate, then pry the plate forcefully.(Be careful not to damage the camera) 

4.Remove the screws that hold the flat cable

5.Remove the copper pillar that holds the sreen

6.Unplug the HDMI and USB (touch) cables

7.Remove the crowatil cable on the back of the board

Once you've done, you've completely dismantled the CrowPi.
