No Power? - CrowPanel 1.46inch-HMI ESP32 Rotary

I just received my device and when plug-in the usb cable, the device is not receiving power and will not power on. I have attempted to use the boot and reset buttons, the device is showing no lights. Is there additional instruction? Yes, the usb-a cable is plugged into the usb port on the back of the device.

    The issue was ultimately traced to a problem with the cable; replacing the cable resolved it.
