Uploading code from IDE

Hi folks,
I have a Wizee-ESP32-WZ3248R035 that won't upload code from the Arduino IDE or Visual Studio using Visual Micro without pressing boot/reset. That's very annoying. I have two questions. 1). Is there a way to avoid doing that for this board? I tires the 10 uF trick but it doesn't help) 2) If not, what 3.5" board should I buy do avoid having to do that?

    To further handle the issue, could you help provide the following :

    1. Please tell us exactly which of our products you are using. We need to know the SKU No. . Or Please provide the purchase link for the product. so that we can continue to analyze the issue

    2. Also, please provide the order number, product purchase link(if applicable), along with the name of the retailer, store, platform, or website where you purchased the product?
      This allows us to work with the seller to provide you with better service.

    The model number is in the original post - Wizee-ESP32-WZ3248R035, that's on the PCB silkscreen. I bought it on Amazon, order 113-0169473-6109806
