Terminal 3.5 digital portstart high

Hi, why 3.5 digital port start with pin at high state? If i connect a relay it start close until i initialize it.
The 5" device work correctly

    The 3.5-inch and 5-inch I/O ports are different. The 5-inch port does not have a pull-down resistor; the ESP32-S3's I/O ports "show a high level" at power-on. This results in one high level and one low level at power-on.
