Incorrect Item Shipped on Order # 266997
Hi Elecrow Support,
I ordered a Hackberry Pi_Zero on the Order # 266997. But instead of the Pi_Zero version, I received the Hackberry_Pi CM5 version. Don't get me wrong, the CM5 version is very nice and it's worth $34 more, so thanks for that. But I don't have any CM5 modules at hand. I only have Pi_Zeros.
So, just wanted to know, if I place another order for a Hackberry_Pi Zero... Will I actually get a Pi-Zero version, or do you have your warehouse bins mixed up or do you not have any Pi_Zero versions in stock?
BTW, I tried sending a Chat Request but it always says everybody is offline. I sent an email 2 days ago and that has not been responded to. Hopefully this post will not go unanswered.

I’ve documented the unboxing with a short cupcut-edited video in case you need visual confirmation.
Looks like there may be a mix-up in Elecrow’s fulfillment process.
Getting the CM5 board is nice, but it doesn’t help if you only have Pi Zero modules.
It would really help if support could confirm stock status before people place new orders.
Their chat and email response delays are worrying for buyers.
Hope Elecrow clears this up quickly for you and others in the same situation.
