Hello everyone — I’m reaching out because I ordered a hackberry pi on from ELLCROW, but I never received the item. I’ve tried contacting support several times, but I have not gotten any meaningful response and my messages are being ignored.
I am asking any staff or representatives who read this to please email me directly to resolve this issue. I want to know whether my order was shipped, track the delivery, or get a refund — but so far there has been no communication.
