Hi guys, It‘s interesting to see this question. As an old customer of Elecrow for many years, I can talk about my experience over the years for reference. Elecrow's customer service has always been very nice. I have placed a large number of orders with them. Whether it is sample orders or batch orders, they will be treated equally. although the PCB price is reduced to $1, they quality is not discounted and the process have not changed. Of course, they also make some small mistakes occasionally, but they always help me solve in time. I appreciatewhat they have done!
