Hello,
I wanted to use my perfectly working pi 4b with raspbean 64 bit operating system in connection with Crowview note. The connection has been realized by 3 cables: USB-C, HDMI and USB-A.
A valid setup... This worked for about 2 minutes fine with mouse, keyboard and display of the Crowview.
But then suddenly the mouse pointer freezed and the keyboard did not work anymore.
What I did afterwards without any success:
1. Disconnect and reconnect USB-A cable
2. Reboot
3. Using pi with my default Monitor, mouse and keyboard
4. Completely reinstalled SD card Image.
5. Using pi with my default Monitor, mouse and keyboard
6. Test of keyboard or mouse with all pi USB connectors

The boot process works all the time and everything is displayed like before but mouse and keyboard did not work anymore...
Finally I think that the USB ports of the pi has been seriouly damaged...

Does anybody has been faced with a similar situation?
What happened?
Any idea to solve that problem?

Thank you very much for helping...
