Hi guys,
i have a problem with my 7" LCD Display ( 1024X600 Touch RC070 ). I used to use this screen with a tiny PC running ubuntu and it worked fine until it suddenly stopped working.
The touchscreen still works fine, but the panel stays dark (no picture or backlight at all). I measured all power rails and it seems there is voltage on all rails.
Then i measured the data transfer on the small SPI Flash and it seems that this flash does not respond, so I desoldered it and checked it with an spi flash reader. Unfortunately it could only some parts or sometimes nothing. So I assume that this flash is broken.

If I replace that chip I would need the firmware/hex file on that chip. Is the firmware running on this chip somehow available so I can repair my display?

Please see the picture attached.

Thanks for any help!
