        <description><![CDATA[<p>I placed an order on April 16th 2026 with Shipping Method - UPS (3-6 Business Days), but the order has still not been processed. and there is no tracking info available.<br />
I tried sending a Chat Request on the main website but it always says everybody is offline. I sent an email a few days ago and another one today and that has not been responded to either. Hopefully this post will not go unanswered.</p>
