Trying to hook up the CrowView Note to a GMKtec M5 Win 11 mini PC. The screen, sound, and touchpad work fine, but the keyboard itself doesn't generate keypresses and the fn keys don't appear to do anything. Win 11 is up to date. When the left USB A is connected, it is recognized as a HID Keybaord, but only the touchpad works. Upgrading the driver doesn't provide any other options than what it is already detected as, uninstalling that driver renders the touchpad inoperable until the USB A connector is removed and reinserted. Hooking up a second keyboard to the computer works fine. Fn key lock light is active during post, and then turns out as windows is starting. FN+Esc does not toggle the lock light, and none of the other FN shortcuts do anything. USB cable and connector on computer are blue (USB 3.0)

The Switch (K2) on the Pi-5 Bridge Board only controls the power supply to the Type-C interface (J2), which in turn supplies power to the Raspberry Pi system, and it does not control the USB-A interface. Thus the USB-A will still be providing power to the Raspberry Pi's USB port, causing the fan to still get power. So, you need to shut down and power off the CrowView Note to stop the fan from operating.

I received my CrowView Note in November 2024 and it was working fine then. Battery was able to last at least a few (2-3) hours. When turning on the device after a month or so, battery is empty so the device is charged. But after a long time (3-4 hours), the device can only turn on for about 10 seconds before turning off. When checking the charging indicator above INSERT key, it turns off after a few minutes of charging and display shows a green full battery. However, the device can only power on for about 10 seconds before turning off again. Please help me

I wonder if the CrowView Note 14 is compatible with any USB-to-serial adapter cables on its USB-A port? I would like to connect to a system that only has exposed RS232 instead of USB.

Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, the power supply for my CrowView Note got squeezed in my backpack, and since I had the US version, the prongs for the mains power connection broke off.
I cannot find a replacement on the Elecrow homepage. Are you planning on offering one soon? If not, can you recommend a third party power supply that will work, or give me the details on what I need to buy? It looks like I would need one that can deliver 12V, 4A, and has a 3.5mm barrel plug with the outside being negative. Is that correct?
