How to use GPIO or UART ports?

Hello to everyone, I am newbie on Elecrow HMI Displays and I have a probably a simple (for you sure) question.
Suppose I have any sensor/board that uses GPIO port or UART interface of an HMI display, can I use this sensor/board with only using Elecrow's ports over or do I need to use an extra device with microprocessor?
If so, is there any tutorial/video/documentation about using Elecrow HMI Displays with hardware? Because nearly all tutorials are just about the design of HMI with SquareLine Studio and compile to Arduino IDE.

CrowView Note - Battery died!

I received my CrowView Note in November 2024 and it was working fine then. Battery was able to last at least a few (2-3) hours. When turning on the device after a month or so, battery is empty so the device is charged. But after a long time (3-4 hours), the device can only turn on for about 10 seconds before turning off. When checking the charging indicator above INSERT key, it turns off after a few minutes of charging and display shows a green full battery. However, the device can only power on for about 10 seconds before turning off again. Please help me

RC050S Fan Connector

I need to replace the fan for my RC050S, but I can't find any information about what the fan size is or anything.
Strictly speaking the fan still works, if I can get the correct size jumper for the board, but again I can't find any information on the fan or what size jumper I would need to reconnect it.
Does anyone have any info or details?

What is the charging rate?

CrowPi blinks continuously when plugged in. Does not power up.

When I plug in the power to the board, the LEDs flash continuously and never boots,. It looks like it is trying to start but fails and so on in a loop.
