What's the proper voltage for using the battery connector for power instead of the USB?

Ah, so, just to verify, directly connecting a ordinary 3.7v lithium battery to BAT won't be sufficient, is that right? Thanks!

Hello Riney, You can safely use a 3.7V lithium battery for power supply. It is compatible and will function properly.
