I am working on a project and the touchscreen buttons for it do not work. I would appreciate any help in solving this matter.

This may be the most frustrating experience of my life, I seem unable to upload a video or photos, if necessary I can try uploading the entire code as a zip file
i cant even get the screen to come on, i built my complete script works great on pc or tablet not on the crowpanel esp32, backlight screen that's it, and yes very frustrating
This is usually a firmware or touch mapping issue.
Make sure the HMI firmware and the ESP32S3 Arduino example come from the same Elecrow package. Mismatched versions often cause touch to fail. Reflash the screen firmware, then upload the matching example.
Also verify the screen resolution and rotation in code. If rotation is wrong, touches will not register.
By some miracle, following the instructions I managed to fix them and they worked successfully.
If the buttons on the Elecrow 7" HMI display aren’t working, it could be related to the touch configuration, firmware, or wiring setup. Try checking the project settings, recalibrating the touch screen, and making sure the correct firmware and drivers are installed. Restarting the device and re-uploading the project can also sometimes resolve the issue, much like using free printable reading logs helps keep track of progress in a simple and organized way.
