CrowVision 11.6" for a 2-in-1

Hello, I'm considering the use of an Elecrow CrowVision 11.6" Touchscreen Display Module coupled with a Raspberry Pi 5 as the basis to assemble a replacement for my HP 2-in-1. Currently, I'm using my HP 2-in-1 as a tablet mostly as an ebook reader (Kindle, Kobo, others with calibre) and with its screen attached as a netbook. The CrowVision+Pi5 is supposed to be used the same way, connecting a keyboard and a mouse to use it in a netbook mode.

I have a couple of doubts about the feasibility of this project.

My biggest problem is that the tablet mode works fine when it's battery-powered. I know that there are HATs to connect batteries to a Raspberry Pi, but what about a Pi 5 running with a CrowVision? Is there enough room? Are there any alternatives?

My minor problem concerns the keyboard and mouse. Following the KISS principle, I could simply connect a cheap USB keyboard and mouse, but how? I see that the Elecrow has a keypad interface: what kind is it? Sorry, I'm a PC guy trying to get into the maker world, so I'm not a great expert on this kind of device!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions and comments!
