Good news!
I received mine a couple of days ago. You need to buy a keyboard and monitor. The internal monitor isn’t large enough to do any programming.
I tried to connect an external monitor to the CrowPi3 so I can work with the system. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. What do I need to configure so that an external monitor connected via the HDMI port works? The built-in display is far too small for working. Thanks.

How did you connect the monitor? Could you provide some photos or videos? Normally, just connecting it with an HDMI cable is sufficient and no settings are required.
