CE/RED compliance confirmation for CrowPanel Advance 3.5″ & 4.3″ (ESP32-S3) — UK use

Hi Elecrow team,

I’m evaluating two CrowPanel Advance models for a handheld, battery-powered tool we are looking to develop for use in the UK:
CrowPanel Advance 4.3″ HMI (ESP32-S3, 800×480)
CrowPanel Advance 3.5″ HMI (ESP32-S3, 480×320)

Could you please confirm whether both of these units are covered by your EU CE / RED compliance and share the relevant documents? Specifically:

1) Declarations & reports
A copy of the EU Declaration of Conformity naming the exact model/SKU (3.5″ and 4.3″)
List of applied standards (ideally these or equivalents):
EN 300 328 (2.4 GHz radio)
EN 301 489-1 & EN 301 489-17 (EMC for radio equipment)
EN 62368-1 (safety)
EN 62311/EN 50663 (RF exposure/assessment)
Any test reports (EMC/radio/safety) you can share or reference

2) Marking & labelling
Confirmation the products are CE-marked on the device and/or packaging, and shipped with the required EU/UK user information (manufacturer name/address, frequency band, max power, etc.)
If available, UKCA info (understood that CE is recognised in GB)

3) Radio / antenna
Is there a U.FL / external antenna option for either model, or a part number variant with an external antenna connector?
Stated max conducted power / EIRP in 2.4 GHz band

4) Battery & charging
Rated charge current (default ISET), recommended adapter spec, and any guidance on supported cell capacity (e.g., 5 000 mAh ok; charge time considerations)
Any protective features (OVP/OTP/short-circuit) and notes we should follow for enclosure thermal design

5) ESP-NOW
Confirmation that the plug-in wireless module bay is not required and we only need the on-board ESP32-S3 for Wi-Fi/BLE/ESP-NOW

Usage context (for your reference):
We’ll integrate the CrowPanel into a field tool (Building commissioning). The final product will be enclosed in a metal housing (design considerations still required around on board ESP32-S3 antennae if no external connection option is available) with a battery pack; we’ll complete the end-product conformity assessment (EMC, safety, labelling) and maintain a technical file, but we’d like to include your DoC and test references for the display/HMI.

If you can attach the PDF DoC(s) for the 3.5″ and 4.3″ Advance models (or provide download links), that would be perfect.

Pls see the following reply ：

1) and 2):
We currently do not have the documentation mentioned for these products. If you have a bulk order, we can request these documents from the company, but it will depend on their approval.

3) No external antenna option.
4) Any 3.7V lithium battery will work; a full charge is 4.2V.
5) The wireless module is not required in your usage senario .

Thankyou for the above responses.
Yes we had already reviewed your document "CTB240508037REX-ZS" for the CrowPanel 3.5 Inch but as the certificate did not list out individual product variant SKU or state Basic vs Advanced - we thought that it might be fore the whole range and would cover both variants for each size.
Are there any plans to get the advanced versions certified in the next 2-3 months?
In terms of bulk, we would be initially looking to purchase 20 of the SKU DIS01835A-1 units for our development and field testing process - but this would be subject to confirmation that the device would have the CE/RED certification process carried out in due course for the standards as listed (or equivalents) in my original email. Further quantities past the initial 20 are not known at this point.
Would you be so kind as to enquire further within your company as to whether this process can be carried out for the 3.5 inch advanced version and the specific details around the terms and conditions on the bulk quantities.
