Each time I want to switch from CrowPanel to other regular project, I have to set back the sketchbook location

The PlatformIO demo from this link: Google Drive folder does not work with the CrowPanel 7" Advance v1.2.
When using Arduino with ESP-IDF v3.0.2 and replacing the board with ESP32S3_120M, everything works perfectly.
I’m looking for a working PlatformIO framework configuration for this board.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
