CrowView Note - Battery won't charge/won't turn on

I've been charging my CrowView Note for over 24 hours and it hasn't been able to turn on. I'm using the provided DC 12V power supply. Has anyone else had this issue?

    With the DC 12V power supply connected, please check the following indicators

    1. Power Input LED (Red) - Located on the right side next to the DC-In Jack, and lights when DC 12V input power is present. If the LED is not lit, the DC 12V power supply may be defective.

    2. Battery Charging LED (White) - Located above the Insert key, and lights when the internal battery is being charged. If the LED is not lit, the battery or the unit may be defective.

  • i have a similar problem with the 14 inch crow view monitor. i am trying to connect samsung phone to the monitor with a usb c to usb c data and charging cable. The screen doesn't power on. The battery is fully charged but a message is displayed, no signal and then go to power saving mode. Can someone please help ?

    First of all, not all USB-C cables are created equal. CrowView monitor requires a compatible USB-C full-feature cable. A USB-C Data and Charge cable does not necessary classify as a full-feature cable.

    Make sure your cable shows "full feature cabe" or "capable of carrying video signal" on its description.

    Also, according to the CrowView monitor product page, there is a USB-C to USB-C cable included with the monitor already, so use that cable.

  • first time i ordered this 14 inch monitor, it had only the usb a to usb a cable and the charger. There was no usb c to usb c cable . also missing was the HDMI cable. had to return.
    second order , same issue, two cables missing. this is negligence is frustrating. had to return second monitor too.
    still not sure to give this monitor a third try or look elsewhere!
