LCD ESP32 Display 3.5inch with ILI9488, no serial connection over USB-C (UART0)

I have the problem with the Wizee-ESP32 display (WZ3248R035). I cannot get a connection to the ESP32 to upload a file. The same error using the esptool.exe with command line.

    solved! I have found the trick. Must open serial monitor in Arduino-IDE , then press boot+reset button, then release reset. now the board is ready for upload
