CrowView Note and Samsung Z Fold keyboard problem in DEX mode

I recently received my CrowView Note and I tested it with my Samsung Z Fold, the output display works correctly, and the touchpad works. But the Keyboard is not working as expected, the Windows key works and open the launcher in DeX mode, but trying to type any character doesn´t work. The Keyboard is recognized by the phone system and listed under "Physical Keyboard" but trying to press any key doesn´t work.

The keyboard works correctly with other devices. Is there anything special that has to be configured to make it work with Samsung devices in DeX mode?

    Thank you for your information.
    Please try the following steps for troubleshooting.

    1. Please check if you press the F2 key to disable the keyboard and trackpad.

    2. Verify the physical wire connections.

    Check the USB connection and ensure that all connections are securely plugged in. Inspect the wire connections for damage, and replace any damaged wires. (Please make sure the USB supports USB3.1 and above)

    3. Test the CrowView Note on another device.

    Check if the mouse or keyboard works on another device, like a laptop. If the device remains unresponsive, it may be defective.
    If the mouse or keyboard is still not working after testing it on another device, you can try restarting DeX and then checking for available updates.

    4. Adjust the keyboard's language settings.

    In DeX mode, navigate to and open Settings, and then search for and select Physical keyboard. Then, select Samsung Keyboard - English (US). From there, you can choose your preferred language.
