Crowpanel esp32 7" touchscreen problem

Hello. I'm facing a very strange issue that I've spent a lot of time trying to solve, but I haven't been able to fix it. To explain briefly:
I created a project using a 7" ESP32 Crowpanel, which includes buttons on the screen. When I first power up the screen, the touch feature doesn't work. Based on what I can observe from the serial monitor, it continuously outputs the same 5-digit x and y coordinates infinitely, as if it's frozen or stuck. However, when I cut the power and restore it within 3-4 seconds, the screen works flawlessly But if I cut the power and wait for 10-15 seconds before powering it up again, I face the same issue as at the start.

I'm a hobbyist when it comes to electronics and don't have in-depth knowledge, but I suspect this could be an issue related to the screen's capacitors. This project is important to me, and I would really appreciate your help.
