I'm sorry, but based on your description, it doesn't seem possible to map the End/Home keys to fn + Right/Left Arrow on the built-in keyboard. Really sorry for the inconvenience!
I took a look at the motherboard and it looks like you are using a programmable componant by SiGma micro to scan the keyboard and expose it to USB, it should be possible for you to program this to send these key events, could this be considered for a future new version end and home are very useful keys to have.
