Restarting after Raspberry Pi OS 64 bits shutdown

I can't restart crowpil after Raspberry Pi OS shutdown. That's because the pi stays powered (the fan still spins). Just wait until the battery will be empty ? It's not usable.
Any tricks ?

I got the trick ! Just stay pushing the power button a few seconds.
