5 in. CrowPanel Esp 32 Advanced went blank and won't do anything

Hello I got my board in the mail yesterday and started following the tutorial on YouTube. I downloaded the code and followed the video to change the pins according to the pin layout on the diagram. The screen went from the factory demo mode to completely blank after it uploaded. I've tried everything I know and have been able to research and I can't get it to do any thing. Any help please ?

    To further handle the issue, could you help provide the following :

    1. Please tell us exactly which of our products you are using. We need to know the SKU No. . Or Please provide the purchase link for the product. so that we can continue to analyze the issue

    2. Also, please provide the order number, product purchase link(if applicable), along with the name of the retailer, store, platform, or website where you purchased the product?
