Once configured and installed , the device typically does not need to be removed. It supports firmware updates via OTA or USB cable, eliminating the need for removal. Removal would only be required in the event of a hardware failure (generally does not occur)

I recently purchased a pair of Thinknode M5s and tried flashing by Bluetooth from the Meshtastic app. The app disconnected from the M5s in the middle of updating, and my screen is now perpetually stuck in "Updating". I have tried pressing the reset button, but that doesn't seem to do anything. What should I be doing?

Question:
"I have two thinknode m1 devices that i am planning to use in Europe soon - they have a us 915MHz antenna, is is possible to configure them in 868MHz and still have good performance?
Alternatively, is is possible to purchase a 868MHz from you?"

Answer:
"I'm sorry. This antenna on our devices is not sold separately.

You can consider purchasing our another product below:

https://www.elecrow.com/lora-antenna-sma-male-868-915mhz-folding-paddle-directional-lora-antenna.html

Considering you will be using it with the M1/M5, please select the version shown in the image below.

Also, you can configure M1 in 868MHz. Different antennas may have different performance."

I just purchased 2 of the ThinkNode M1 nRF52840 devices.
Why is this, how to correct this or is this unit defective?
Both firmwares are out of the box as 2.6.5.0d800b7. Should i update to 2.7.15.567b8 ?
